I recently bought the Young Living (YL) premium starter kit w/ desert mist diffuser because it was recommended by my sister-in-law, she told me that ever since they diffuse Young Living Oil before bed time, her 6-month-old daughter at that time , helped her sleep through the night. As we all know not all babies sleep through the night. Like mine, my 5-month-old daughter still wakes up every 3 hours at night. This is the main reason I bought myself a YL kit.

On our first night diffusing YL Oil using 2 Drops of Peppermint and 2 Drops of Lavender my daughter woke up only once to have her milk, and my mom who sleeps with us didn't snore that night, it was a surprise for me because she snores really loud.😂

I was really amaze on YL on our first night so I joined groups on facebook who's members uses YL. and that I learned when having a baby in the room YL oil should be limited to 1-2 Drops only. As I read the testaments on the facebook group page, YL Oil could be a use into many things, you can blend the Essential Oils depending on your needs, like for example Blending essential oils for your Joint and Muscles or for the relief of headache. I Also have made my own blend for me to diffuse at night for my daughter to have a goodnight sleep.

In Addition, You can also use the essential oils for you skin care 😊 yiiiiiieeee 😉

I tried different essential oils before and found that Young Living works best for me.
